All Regular Meetings of the Board of Directors are held at 5:00 PM on the third Thursday of each month at the Paint Brush Hills Metropolitan District Administration & Maintenance Building, 9985 Towner Avenue, Falcon, Colorado.  All meetings are open to the public.

Public Comments

The public may make comments regarding matters not on the Meeting Agenda during the Public Comment period of the Agenda. Public Comments are limited to three minutes per person.

Agendas & Minutes

Agendas are available prior to the meetings. Minutes are available following approval by the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors may call a Special Meeting and/or cancel a Regular Meeting. Notices of Meetings and Agendas are posted on this site and at the following locations within the District:

• District Administration & Maintenance Building, 9985 Towner Ave., Falcon

The Minutes of each Meeting are posted to this site following the Board Meeting in which they are approved.
